We hope you love your Serenya purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and hygiene seals must be intact

Returns must be sent in the original packaging

How to Return

1 Contact us via email at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

2 We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3 Ship your parcel using a trackable service — we recommend keeping your tracking code until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive your refund within 10–14 business days via your original payment method.

Return Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Typical international return shipping cost: €20–€40, depending on the carrier.
